DJ Pearl

Goa-bred DJ Pearl has been one of the forerunners for women in the EDM scene. After being exposed to the massive European clubbing scene in the ‘90s and exposed to a myriad of music styles from a very young age, she has evolved her own unique bass driven sound that traverses the genres of funky, electro, tech and progressive house. Since the start of her professional career she has played in clubs and headlined gigs all over India as a feature DJ.

Being one of the country’s most flamboyant DJ’s she’s also been widely covered in the media, both print and television. She is also the co-founder of submerge, India’s premiere underground party which serves as a platform for upcoming DJ talent.

DJ Ishani

Dj Ishani is one of the few and best Indian female Djs in india. A Delhi girl and living in Mumba, Ishani Majumdar is officially knowns as Dj Ishani. Her style is in resonance with new generation beats, which makes her relatable and successful! She mostly spins hip hop and has opened for international acts such as DJ- Mark Da Spot,DJ Doc,Camouflage,as well as DJ Power A.K.A The Soul Controller.

She started Djing since 2005 and is now a resident DJ at the popular Mumbai nightlife joints namely, Zenzi and Zenzi Mills. She is also one of the content writers and chief-editors of the well known blog. She has played all over the country including places like Delhi, Hyderabad, Nagpur, Chennai, Lucknow and Surat.

Nina & Mallika

Nina & Malika are India’s most dynamic DJ duo, who have been prominent figures in the Indian Dance Music Industry, doing shows all across the country since 2009. DJ Shireen

Starting out as India’s youngest female DJ, back in 2005 ; Shireen soon shot up the popularity charts thanks to her electrifying presence behind the console. Not one to be afraid of experimenting, Shireen has gained an impeccable repute for absolutely rocking the crowd with her signature style of music one night after another, one place after another, within the country and within most countries abroad. Having started at an early age of 19, Shireen quickly made it to the National Finals of the Times War of DJs, a feat that was only to tell of the seeds of the promising talent that was there. In a span of  10 years, this Workaholic DJ has been performing and driving the crowd mad with her insane sense of understanding the pulse of the crowd.

Ma Faiza

Ma Faiza is The Mother Of Electronica in India. Born in Africa, raised in Britain, Ma Faiza brings something wholly unique to the Indian EDM scene. She is one of the busiest, most successful and high profile DJ’s that India has seen in the last decade and has redefined the Indian Electronic scene. DJing since 1998, she has been evolving her sound ever since. The DJ has performed at Berlin’s iconic KitKatClub and emerged from the psychedelic trance music scene into a genre-defying selector of the finest electronic music. Whether she plays progressive trance, dirty house and techno or chilled ambient grooves, Ma Faiza is guaranteed to be in her element behind the decks.

She is a commanding presence and unlike other DJ’s who simply twiddle knobs and push buttons, she is fully engaged with the crowd and her music. Free of conventionality, without boundaries or borders and refusing to be limited by style or tempo she blurs the lines between cultures and genres. DJ Kini

Kicking off her stint as a resident DJ at Hyderabad’s Poison, Kini has been creating quite a name for herself in the electronic music space. With rhythm in her soul, funk in her attitude, Kini has been steadily creating waves in the house music scene in India.
Starting off as resident DJ at Poison Hyderabad, Kini rose through the ranks to open for massive headline acts such as GO: Madras as well as opening the party at India’s biggest electronic music event – Sunburn in Goa.
Her passion for a deeper sound was showcased on a regular basis at Zenzi Mills (Bombay). Her other notable gigs include an after hours set at Bar25 (Berlin), Villian’s Club & Oakroom (Copenhagen) & Public Life (London). She is currently a resident DJ and an artist programmer at F Bar Mumbai, a brand extension of international lifestyle channel Fashion TV.

Doing complete justice to her cheeky self, Kini’s sound can best be described as an ambivalent mélange of distorted kicks, crispy hats, funky basslines & quirky melodies. With four releases already under her belt on respected labels such as Maktub and Whose Haus and more to come, Kini is quickly becoming a force to be reckoned with.

Paper Queen

Paper Queen maybe new to the scene, but she’s aiming for the big stage & is eager to prove herself as one of the brightest new talents to come out of the thriving Indian music scene. Mentored by the legendary DJ Uri (UK), she took an intensive 6 month DJ course learning to be very versatile in the art of DJ’ing and be able to play comfortably on Vinyls, CD’s & Controllers.

Under his guidance she has embraced the Old Skool way of being a DJ and has the knack of being able to play the right track for the right occasion. A unique blend of Hip Hop Influenced Trap, Future Bass & Hard-Style to the cooler side of EDM, a signature Paper Queen DJ set has the right selection of music to receive mass appeal yet retain a certain street credibility.
