Though Noida is yet to indulge in the delicious pastries that Theobroma is world famous for but its founder Kainaz Messman is an inspirational woman that deserves all the recognition the world. In 2003, she was appointed pastry chef the Oberoi, Udaivilas but after facing problems with her health she decided to call it quits at her then job and started her own venture Theobroma which has attained a cult bakery status over the last decade.
