Gardens Galleria Mall, Noida, is teeming with great dining options and has something for everybody. Adding to the buzz, Pasta Italiano, a recently launched casual Italian restaurant is a great place to unwind over a leisurely meal with friends and families. Owned by Piyush and Namrata Kapoor, who are seasoned hands in the restaurant business ( Southern Flavours and China Wall are also their restaurants), the idea was to spread happiness with food and fulfil many cravings .
At Pasta Italiano, the setting is quirky and fun, with an open kitchen where you can see your dishes being cooked to perfection, or head over for a friendly chat with the chef. They serve a wide array of Italian food with an authentic touch, all freshly cooked and full of flavour. Their vast menu has a wide array of Italian delicacies, salads, mocktails, coffee and desserts. Popular dishes include spaghetti with cheese balls, pasta bologonese, grilled chicken fajita salad and much more. Their special mocktails include Blue Ocean, Green Apple Mojito and yummy brownie shakes. For pasta cravings, try their range of lip-smacking pasta dishes, fresh and delicious.
Yearning for a refreshing drink? We began our meal with a cold coffee, delicious and cold and a Green Apple Mojito ( an in-house speciality) , fresh apple, mint and lime made for fresh-tasting sips.
For appetisers we tried their vegetarian, Olive Tomato Bruschetta , the classic bruschetta with tomato and basil! Chopped fresh tomatoes with garlic, basil, olive oil, and vinegar, served on toasted slices of French or Italian bread, it was yum. Next, we sampled the Mustard Chicken Avocado Salad. This crave-worthy chicken salad is topped with succulent honey mustard chicken, and nutritious veggies like tomatoes and avocado.
For main course, we ordered the popular Alfredo Pasta , a classic Italian dish that everyone will love. The rich sauce is made with cream, garlic, butter and parmesan cheese. We also tried their Spaghetti with cheese balls, flavourful and succulent cottage cheese balls; tangy tongue-tickling tomato sauce; and perfectly cooked herbed spaghetti.
I enjoy quesadillas and never miss a chance to try them when I eat out. We ordered Chicken quesadillas with guacamole. The presentation was great, with the sauces and seasonings being served in mini pressure cookers!! The dish itself was quite nice, served with fresh guacamole and sour cream, the perfect accompaniment to these very cheesy quesadillas!
The Paneer Tikka Flat Bread was definitely the most delicious. I would highly recommend this dish for all you paneer lovers. An amazing combination of Indian flavors with Italian way of cooking. All the ingredients were fresh and the paneer was grilled to perfection, making it a clear winner. Might I say, one of the best I’ve had.
For dessert, we couldn’t resist the Banana waffle, topped with vanilla ice cream. It was divine and melt-in-the -mouth delicious.
All in all the food was comforting, yet, delicious. A great option to catch up with friends , family get-togethers, as well as kiddie parties.
