Gardens Galleria Mall, Noida, is teeming with great dining options and has something for everybody. Adding to the buzz, Pahmos, a recently launched casual dining restaurant is great place to dine with friends and families. They are popular for serving delicious Indian fusion, Italian, Thai and Continental delicacies without burning a hole in your pocket. Interestingly, the name has been made by combining Pasta and Momos, a specialty here.
While the interiors are quirky and fun with an attractive wall art, the atmosphere is friendly and intimate. The theme of Pahmos is that of faces and expressions which emphasises the various moods of customers as they believe there is food for every soul. There also have special detailing done with matchsticks and bottle caps adorning a wall, making it super fun place to chill out.
Now, coming to the food. While they have quite a diverse menu offering a variety of cuisines, the clear favourites are the popular dishes served with a twist. From a variety of momos, including the unique and yummylicious Cheesy smokey momos, BBQ rum momos and many more to a very a special dish that is the combination of burger and pizza called Burgerizza. They also have a variety of pizzas including a Butter chicken pizza!!
Well, we began our meal with a Devil’s shake , a sinful Chocolate Brownie Shake served with dollops of whipped cream and a secret sauce ( we kept guessing what!) and Milli shocker ( an in-house specialty) made of crushed watermelon , passion fruit flavour, mint and sparkling soda, which was refreshing to say the very least.
For appetizers we tried their vegetarian Bruschetta , the classic bruschetta which has been given an in-house twist. It was sweet, garnished with caramelised onions and sprigs of orange on it. I loved it! Their Cheesy smokey pepper dimsums, were served with a wonderful garlic dip. We also tried their Mexican tacos, which were nice.
For the main course we tried the Tandoori chicken pizza, a thin crust pizza which boasts of spicy tandoori chicken, red onions, green bell peppers and interestingly enough onion bhajis, all on top of a tikka sauce, which was simply delicious. All the ingredients were fresh and the cheese was deliciously smooth, making it a clear winner. Might I say, one of the best pizzas in town!
For people who enjoy Asian cuisine , they serve both Thai as well as Indonesian, including the popular Red Thai Curry with Steamed Rice, Asian Style Marinated Grill Fish, Penang Curry and much more. The variety in the Italian cuisine, on the other hand, will leave you spoilt for choice.. There are many varieties to choose among the Italian dishes in both vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian options, from a variety of pastas – penne, lasagne, spaghetti, macaroni, tagliatelle and ravioli among others tossed in a choice of sauces, herbs, vegetables and meats as well as a variety of pizzas , a great option for a quick meal during game nights or family get-togethers.
- The Pastas and Burgers are super yummy.
- The Burgerizza, had some lovely flavours of tomato, basil and cheese Yes, too good to be true, right? But, trust us, it’s truly awesome!
- The Devil’s shake, served in a unique skull shaped mug, was a winner and it was difficult to identify the adult amongst us as we polished it off.
