If you are planning to buy a house in Ghaziabad/Noida then this is the right time. I am sure you’ve heard the brokers and dealers talk about an Airport in Ghaziabad but always wondered what airport, right? Don’t worry we sorted everything out for you!
The Uttar Pradesh government on Monday signed a memorandum of understanding with Airports Authority of India to develop infrastructural facilities to start civilian flights from Hindon air base under the regional connectivity scheme. If things go as per the plan, then domestic flights could take off their operations from the base by this Diwali.
This will make Ghaziabad accessible and will prompt an increase in property rates. Hindon is also said to bring down the burden of the Indira Gandhi International Airport, that handled over six crore passengers in 2017, reports suggest that commercial flights will begin operating from the Hindon Air Force Base in Ghaziabad. The Uttar Pradesh government has already given its approval to start operating regional flights under the regional connectivity scheme (RCS).
The Hindon airbase that is about 40 kilometre from the IGIA, will not only provide improved regional air connectivity but also boost real estate developments in the neighbouring localities of Ghaziabad and East Delhi.
This is good news to all and let us see how the Airport makes our lives easier!
