Vintage theme dresses
If you believe that clothing should be both ravishing and romantically reminiscent, filled with classic lines and gorgeous vintage prints, look no further. We are talking beautiful dresses with high necks, Victorian details, and soft romantic florals in Velvet burnouts, jacquards and lace mixed with print and satin. All of your favourite trends in warm autumnal hues with soft pinks and nudes as well as darker tones like navy and teal, from eras when fashion was known for its ladylike flair.
Boho chic look
What I love about this style, is it’s the vintage-inspired look, layered styles and big prints. The range features scarf prints, paisley splicing, and print mix and match. The print is a prominent feature with a focus on ornate florals in ditsy sizes.
Given the season, winter boho maxis are key and mixing of different weights of natural feel fabrics – combining the light fluid dresses (midis and maxis) with heavy jackets. Boho embroidery is a must have, with details of trims such as fringe being key. Washed out denim/chambray with wide-leg cuts make an appearance in this theme. The collection features an earthy palette highlighting shades such as rust and mustard along with denim.
It’s all about combining soft tailoring with fluid silhouette and fabric which creates a fresher lighter look for winter. From a print perspective, stripes and polka dots coming through with soft florals – with shape and tailoring being kept at forefront of the look. rather than clean straight lines. Stripes are softer and more fluid than previous seasons.
Satin, soft feel, light, tailoring fabrics are being used and Prince of Wales check is a key trend in this collection.
The Party Edit features key 80s silhouettes like big shoulders, bodycon, waist details. All outfits suitable for a colourful glittery evening!
Bold vibrant prints will be a key statement, while the fabrics of the 80s make a comeback – think shimmer, glitter, metallics, and sequins. Coloured animal print will be seen across the board (leopard print on a bright colour base such as fuschia and orange). The season must have – Bright checks in clashing colours.
