This is the newest quirky baby on the block. Located on Sarat Banerjee Road, Tolly Tales captures the Bengali Movie Industry through its décor. The interiors are done up with Tolly posters from the 1930s. There is also a wall dedicated to Charlie Chaplin and Satyajit Ray.  The 70-seater displays Arriflex Camera, giant murals of Bengali Movie Icons like Uttam Kumar and Suchitra Sen, film poster mats, and spotlights at the Bar. Tolly Tales settles for a safe menu. Classic Dishes like Batter Fried Fish to Continental ones like Bacon Wrapped Prawns are available. However, star of the show is Fried Ice-cream served in Coconut Casing with Green Mango and Strawberry Syrup. This restaurant is a quirky take on 70’s Bollywood Version.
