Choose the “Jay- way”: Boost Your Energy

We are in India. We are in the center of meditation. Nevertheless people managed and still do manage every day to get easily irritated, stressed out and overwhelmed. Also because of that they tend to eat more or take some hard drinks in order to become a little happier – or it’s to forget about the previous work and stress. After some time there is another outcome of that behavior: you will get mentally tired. And that also leads to very less energy too… Even after sleeping 10 hours they feel exhausted.

How is it possible to be so stressed out?

My answer to this is that we do not pay attention to the own doings and feelings at all. We block that out completely and even worse – try to get it all done! And that should be done right now. Phone calls, emails, visitors, messages, … and next to it they actually work …

The way out?

The way out sounds easy and is actually easy – once you follow few “rules”.

Limit your work, plan your time to spend on things you need and / or want to do!

Start your day with meditation and end it with it. During the day make sure you breath in a proper and deep way.

In addition do only one thing at a time – if you are talking on the phone, sit or stand and only talk over the phone – nothing else. If you eat, only eat. Pay attention to whatever you are doing.

In short:

  •     Do one thing at a time
  •     Meditate at night
  •     Reflect your day before sleeping

If you follow the “Jay –way” your sleep quality will become better, your mood will change and you will become more light and cheerful. You will finish the day and will still have energy left. Try it out for 21 days. 21 days are magic and it the required time to change things.
