With Heli-Taxi Service, 30 Minutes Is All It Takes From Chandigarh To Shimla!

It's a yay for all the commuters! Folks in the north have more reason to escape to the summer capital. Started last year, but discontinued after it's short run, it was re-introduced in March this year, wherein you can cover the 120km journey from Chandigarh to Shimla in just 20 minutes, thanks to new heli-taxi service. heli-taxi services In a bid to promote heli-tourism between two state capitals of Chandigarh and Shimla, the government of Himachal Pradesh and Pawan Hans have decided to start heli-taxi services for INR 2880. Thanks to this new service, the travel time between the two state capitals will come down from a 3-hours something drive to a 30-minutes flying time! The chopper, that can seat 20 people, will take off 6 days a week, the starting time for passengers flying from Shimla to Chandigarh at 8 am, while those going to Shimla can board the taxi at 9 am.  heli-taxi services You can book a seat of heli-taxi services through Pawan Hans’ website.
