It’s in utter despair, anguish and pain post a fall, an injury, many failed diagnosis and umpteen suggestions for surgery later that a frustrated me landed at Physioactive. In retrospect, a blessing in disguise, I thank my stars that I landed in such safe hands (quite literally). Physioactive is not your usual ‘you have all of 10 minutes with the doctor’ place where I’d been already, only to be sent after a 5 minute consultation and a 5 medicine prescription. Physioactive is a refreshing breather from the crazy rush and robot like impersonal approach that many of us experience at most hospitals these days. PhysioActive, the brain child of two doctors, with rich experience and solid credentials of having worked in prestigious hospitals, is an integrated wellness hub that offers wellness and treatments, all under one roof. Specifically speaking, it is a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary clinic taking care of all rehabilitation needs – musculoskeletal disorders, spine, sports injuries and nutrition. The icing on the cake is the patience and the one-on-one personal attention that the doctors and therapists give to just about everyone coming to them.
A Happy Healthy Approach
They focus primarily on hands-on therapy because the best judgement always comes from the patient and the doctor, and hence the best treatment. To complement that they also have all the equipment needed to take you on the journey to wellness.
The goal-oriented treatment regime they create for all their patients is specifically designed to suit individual and occupational needs. Each session is exclusive to each patient, or part of a group, with a dedicated therapist assigned to the patient.
The best thing about Physioactive is that it helps you avoid surgical procedures in all but the most extreme cases, and show you how your own body can work wonders to cure itself.

What Sets the Place Apart
A Unique Place With Many ‘Firsts’
Spinal Decompression, for instance, is promoted as safe and effective without the normal risks associated with invasive procedures such as injections, anaesthesia or surgery. Spinal decompression works through a series of 15 one-minute alternating decompression and relaxation cycles with a total treatment time of 20-30 minutes.
Shock Wave Therapy, a relatively new, non invasive, non conservative but extremely effective treatment option in orthopedic and rehabilitation medicine, can bring about cell level change, blood flow change, muscle tone and pain reduction. Physioactive is the first clinic to bring this treatment option to India.
