African Satay

The new effervescence with which Palmyra has opened its doors recently, it promises a renewed fervor. Our experience at Palmyra was nothing short of surreal. We were greeted most warmly by the Executive Assistant Manager, F&B , Mr. Manpreet Singh, and the Executive Chef Mr. Anil Dahiya,. We were privy to the first look of place in entirety. The all- day dining multi-cuisine restaurant is home to authentic international cuisines and a chef interactive kitchen with live counters to further elevate your dining experience.  Palmyra strives to cater to all aspects of a fine dining experience.

Dahi Bhalla With Avocado Garnish

What sets the place apart? It boasts of the Chief Chef greeting and meeting the diners to ensure a pleasurable tryst with the newly curated menu. They have introduced The Chef’s Table that hosts the option of a set menu along with A La Carte menu. With an array of cuisines, Indian, Thai, Oriental & Italian, there is enough for you to pamper your taste buds with. What caught my fancy is their open live kitchen to cook up delicacies such as Pizza, Risotto & Pasta, while the chef keeps you occupied with his antics!

Salmon Sushi

The place tops in hospitality too…. This made evident in the spate of dishes from their kitchen cooked up specially for us. Put together by Chef Manager,Palmyra, Shailendra Tiwari. we were given the first preview of what their menu entails.  The African Satay with peanut Peri Peri, was just the right choice to start with, perfectly done chicken chunks on the stick with the balanced blend of peri peri. To contradict its taste, we were served Dahi Bhalla with Avocado garnish. A North Indian basic dish given the twist by virtue of its presentation, light on the appetite.

Avocado and Carrot Sushi

Running true to its status as a multi cuisine restaurant, the international array being served to us was truly culinaire par excellence! The Paneer Khurchan roll gained a few more brownie points owing to the  Coriander & Peanut sauce it was served with. My craving for the most authentic dish in the Japanese menu saw light in the Avocado and Carrot Sushi served with Wasabi and their Salmon Sushi, which was served to us by Chef Dahiya himself, Followed by The Mezze Platter, Avocado Tabouleh with Pita bread and Falafel, gems from their Lebanese menu, and some of their choicest selection of liquor and cocktails to go with it!

To add to your unabridged organic experience, Palmyra has your weekends sorted too! They’re now hosting weekend Brunches, every weekend, with Live bands for the ambience. Select from their lavish buffet spread or go A La Carte, the chef will be by your side to assist you through the menu. The garden it opens out to, is equipped to host private soirees and with the provision of the live Barbeque Grill, it is the perfect winter morning rendezvous venue.

Freshest flavours, rejuvenating ambience and the warmest hospitality is what entails Palmyra! Talking of my personal encounter, the place forms an intimate relationship with you instantly….and that is what we recommend you must experience! I’m heading here for an encore!
