Brought down from Australia, F45, as a brand, envisages varied styles of workouts led by a team of highly-capable, charismatic instructors. The F45 Training Co-CEOs struck out to do the impossible: create a Group-Training facility that featured the most dynamic and effective training styles to date. Already creating waves, or do we say, creating a fitter brigade in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, even Srinagar and Vizag, F45 opens its first ever centre in the Delhi NCR region.
The Power Of 45
The concept is simple: F45 entails Functional workout programs for 45 minutes….all of 45 minutes! Explained explicitly by Daniel, the lead trainer at F45, their studios all over the world offer a 45 minute High-Intensity, Circuit Training workout class for studio members. 27 different 45 minute workouts developed, their studios offer the same class at different times throughout the day. A different workout session everyday of the week, ensures refreshing diverse workouts! The workouts are created by the F45 Athletics and Peak Performance Department from a database of over 3,000 different exercises, so our members never get the same workout twice.
What sets this regime apart is their fitness track system which is televisionised for the convenience of the clients, helping them to gauge and know the program for the day. Their USP lies in their inclination towards Functional training as opposed to Crossfit training. Standing against the wind a bit, their concentration is primarily Cardio, Strength training and resistent training, against high repetitions and weights in Crossfit training. They work a brand new fitness program, everyday, coordinating with the trainers in Australia.
How It Works
Here is the good part…all you have to do, is turn up! The electronically deviced system gives you the program for the day, the highly profiled trainers assess your fitness levels and edit the programs with alternatives as per your fitness level.
Their High Intensity Internal Training (HIIT) is their USP. Pointing towards unconventional equipment which include Swiss Ball Hamstring Curl, Dead Lift, Front Squat, Spinners, Sleds, Jumps and Battleship Ropes, the workouts are athletic based and completely contemporary. Kickboxing and Martial Arts are incorporated as workout movements. With renowned sports personalities as their clients to boast of, F45 is the new age fitness mantra.
