This one is all of our favourites and especially to all the Punjabis, the classic sarso da saag has, of course, Sarson (Mustard Leaves) a lot of love and masala as well. It is often served with Makke ki roti that is a phulka or as we like to call it Roti made of Cornmeal flour and the roti is topped with Makkhan and the trio is delicious!
