AnnaMaya is a European-style food hall, advocating the satisfaction of eating food prepared with responsibly sourced ingredients from indigenous communities in India. The Lazy Sunday Breakfast is AnnaMaya’s take on the traditional concept of Sunday brunch, running on the philosophy of Thoughtfully Sourced Carefully Served. AnnaMaya has been the forerunner in celebrating Artisans and seasonal sourcing as well as local ingredients. As part of the new menu research, the AnnaMaya chefs spent a day with the farmers at Tijara Farm going beyond the farm to table philosophy and creating a seasonal menu that celebrates the farmers and their food. 

AnnaMaya’s new winter menu, showcases classic winter favorites like saag paneer and sarson da saag infused with “Tijara” mustard leaves, prawn linguini with black garlic and truffle oil, pork kolhapuri added with hand pounded kolhapuri masala; baked sweet potato with spinach, “zuffon” spiced cured & chilli flakes; dal muradabadi with chur chur naan and the rogan josh millet khichdi with raita & “kumaoni” pickle. The guests are even made privy to where each of the ingredient is sourced from and the kind of impact it has on their health to raise awareness. With that kind of mindfulness, it’s impossible to go wrong.

A perfect meal calls for a beverage that compliments not just its flavour, but essence too. At AnnaMaya, guests are encouraged to try out artisanal cocktails and wines alongside Fresh juices, energising mocktails, signature specials as well as the hot favourite Kombucha, exuding AnnaMaya’s philosophy. 

AnnaMaya’s offerings go beyond indulging guests in its exquisite food experience.  The place extends immersive and delightful activities from interesting workshops for kids to the Sunday market offering artisanal products and local produce for guests to shop and take home. Special chef curated offerings on festivals and special occasions ensure support to their NGO and Artisan partners.
