Young Makers: Inspiring the Youth to become catalyst of Change

The young people of India will build a strong and powerful nation, a nation that is politically mature and economically strong, a nation whose people enjoy both a high quality of life as well as justice –President Pranab Mukherjee

Some of the country’s best minds come together to energize the inaugural edition of YOUNG MAKERS. Union Minister Shri Piyush Goyal, Olympians Sakshi Malik and Mary Kom, Author Amish Tripathi, Actor Kunal Kapoor,  Changemakers Sachin Pilot, Gaurav Gogoi of Congress, Nupur Sharma of BJP, Ankit Lal of AAP and many other spectacular names from across the country representing different genres of knowledge, entrepreneurship, art and culture.

India’s Youth has always proven to be successful harbingers of change – from being part of early social revolutions or questioning the status quo for their rights, they have demonstrated ground breaking efforts. On the economic front both men and women are founding new ground with enterprise and startups, looking at technological innovations, going from the jugaad to real large scale solutions for India’s own needed. There is universal celebration of the kind of achievement India has seen across youth in politics, culture, sport and more.

With this in mind, Shaili Chopra, founder of, has conceptualized India’s first Young Makers Conclave. The conference will put the spotlight on India’s youth and their desire to contribute to India through real change. The idea is for future leaders to come together through of 3 Is – Ideas, Inspiration and Impact and bring about a change in the society. The initiative aims to be a platform not only to discuss ideas, but also to give them shape and convert them into meaningful projects.

The Conclave will give India’s Youth an opportunity to meet, share Ideas  Network with a winning mix of like-minded young thinkers, entrepreneurs, politicians, creators, ideators, educationists and policy makers.
