According to latest data by the Indian government, Covid-19 has infected nearly 195 persons in India, as of March 20, 2020. Of the total, 163 are Indians while 32 are foreign nationals. The new virus has claimed lives of four persons so far.
India is screening all the people at airports and have suspended visas till April 15. As per official figures, a total of 14,31,734 have been screened at various airports in India so far.
Any individual suspected of having coronavirus (COVID-19) can be tested in over 50 laboratories in India, according to Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR). Here's a complete list of the test centres across the country:
