Aambrotsave- A Celebration Of Music, Literature & Culinary Amalgamation!

Our culture is our strength. That said, there is a dire need to make the present generation aware and create a sense of appreciation and respect for the cultural variants India holds. Reflected through our books, folklore, visual narratives, music, cuisine, dance and theatre,  it enriches our everyday experiences with our distinct identities and yet something keeps us together. Aambrotsave is an attempt to bind that thread!

Aambrotsav 2018

Aambrotsave is presented by AAMBRA Foundation. Spread over 2 days, a fundraiser for the AAMBRA Foundation, the Festival was conceptualised by Ms Vinita Bakshi and co-founded by Ms Jugnu Bakshi. The AAMBRA Foundation is a Government of India registered non-profit organization, approved under section 80G of Income Tax Act 1961.

Through the 2018 edition, Aambrotsave is committed to reaching out to India’s millennials. This edition’s mission is well echoed in words of Nicholas Kristof : “Above all, we want Millennials to realize that they can have an impact on the world and that, in the course of empowering others, they can also empower themselves”.

AAMBROTSAVE, not only celebrates but spreads our legacy through theatre, cinema, cuisine, dance and music but will also help revive waning arts and weaves, aspiring to promote Indian literature, prose, poetry, works of fiction, reading, writing and journalism.
